SnowPilot Terms of Service

By using our website or purchasing a SnowPilot product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before completing a purchase and for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

SnowPilot products should only be operated for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. SnowPilot is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product photographs and videos are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in appearance, packaging, components, or finishes may occur.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity, payment authorization problems, pricing errors, product availability issues, or incorrect order information.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
